
The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (“IPOS”) has recently announced a revision of its official fees as part of its periodic review to ensure alignment with operational needs and to promote efficient use of the intellectual property (“IP”) system.
In the current review, most fees will remain unchanged. However, several key updates have been introduced, with the majority taking effect on 1 September 2025, and a second phase of changes scheduled to take effect on 1 April 2026.
